Year 5 and 6 have been busy getting creative to celebrate Easter. We have made wax resist paintings of Calvery Hill; Easter baskets, that show the stages of the cross or eggs to show new life. There were many great entries for the 'famous eggs' competition, photos of the winners are below.

In Nursery and Reception the children have been learning about the life cycle of a hen. They have enjoyed watching nine chicks hatching from their eggs and the first few days of their lives. Today they say goodbye to those chicks as they head off back to their farm.
The whole school took part in the Bowling Trip and behaved impeccably throughout the morning. Well done to the children and thank you to the staff for their amazing supervision and also to the parents who gave up their valuable time to help us on the day.

The new behaviour system is really having an impact on the children who are enjoying gaining their badges and then doing their best to keep hold of them. The children who reach Wednesday 12th April with Always badges will be able to take part in a range of fun activities throughout the day.

As we work to enhance the curriculum on offer at St Theresa's, additional PTA events such as this Movie Night are proving very popular with the children. Over 120 children packed into the school hall to watch 'Trolls' and simply enjoy collaborating with their peers in a safe and calm environment.
